Leadership & Management Positions

General Manager

This role leads the restaurant team and brings our hospitality vision to life. It guides and supports our front-of-house service and culinary teams, oversees staffing and scheduling, collaborates with culinary leadership, and works closely with ownership and golf course leadership.

Assistant General Manager

The Assistant General Manager helps lead the restaurant team and creates a welcoming, enjoyable experience for every guest. This position supports the General Manager in daily operations, assists with staffing and scheduling, and works closely with the front-of-house service team and culinary team to keep everything running smoothly.

Culinary Manager

The Culinary Manager leads the heart of our restaurant and keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes. This role oversees daily kitchen operations, supports and develops the culinary team, and ensures food quality, consistency, and efficiency.

• Experience leading a kitchen as a kitchen manager, sous chef or executive chef

• Enjoys leading and supporting a team

• Keeps a calm, steady approach during busy times

• Takes pride in food quality and presentation

Service Manager

This position leads the front-of-house and bar teams, creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for every guest. The Service Manager oversees daily front-of-house operations, supports and schedules staff, and collaborates closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless service.

Guest Experience (Front of the House Team)

Servers & Bar/Guest Experience

Servers and Bar Staff provide a convenient service, know the menu and beverages, and work as part of a supportive team in a fast-paced environment. These positions are part and full-time. Evening and weekend availability is part of the role.

Host/Guest Experience II

This part-time role is the welcoming face of our restaurant. Hosts greet guests, manage the seating flow, and support the service team to keep everything running smoothly. Evening and weekend availability is part of the role.

Back of the House (Culinary Team)

Culinary & Kitchen Team

The Culinary/Kitchen Team brings our menu to life behind the scenes. Team members prepare quality food, keeping the kitchen organized and efficient, and working closely with the rest of the team to ensure smooth, timely service.

• Dependable and team-focused

Kitchen Support

This part-time role helps keep the kitchen running smoothly behind the scenes. Responsibilities include washing dishes, assisting with basic food prep, and supporting the culinary team. Evening and weekend availability is part of the role.
